Its so easy!   Just be sure to take everything here into consideration as sizing is important. Just measure from the edge of your shoulder to the top of your opposite hip, right where your baby will sit.  If you are in between sizes, SIZE DOWN!

Some Helpful Sizing Tips
  • Use a soft tape measure. If you don't have a tape measure, use a string or the edge of a blanket and then set it against a ruler.
  • If you're pregnant, measure across your back instead.
  • If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one.  
  • Think about what size you might wear in a fitted t-shirt.  While they are not always the same, it can point you in the right direction.

    • We are happy to work with you on returns. If there is a manufacturers flaw on your Karma Baby product, we will do an exchange plus we will pay for return shipping. If it is a sizing or style issue, we will accept exchanges within 30 days with a $5 restocking fee. Customer pays all shipping charges. After 30 days, there will be a $15 restocking fee and customer pays for all shipping.

    Customers who purchase items while pregnant may count 30 days from your due date. Please be sure to include your due date with your purchase.

    All custom items will be charged a $10 fee for resizing- please be sure to measure your shoulder to hip before you order your custom item. All returns must be in unused condition. Please inspect your item carefully before returning it. If it does not appear in new condition when we receive it, customer will be charged a 20% fee. All returns must be authorized with our return department before they are returned. Thank you!
