from my experience
by Paula
I have two sons, both from adoption. The oldest came to us circumcised. The youngest arrived at our home uncircumcised and we didn't feel the need to have the surgery performed. I can tell you from taking care of both kinds, it's best to leave it intact (uncircumcised). There are many problems with having a boy circumcised. I've found out complications have happened with other boys, not just my oldest. And if I understand correctly, not all babies get anesthesia (I have no idea if my son did or not). So I recommend not circumcising.
