I think this is a great video. I had my beautiful baby girl on the 6th dec 09 and I was all natural. I am so glad it wasn't as bad as some people made it out to be. I was in labour for 10 hours, which is normal for your first baby, and I never took anything for the pain. I am so proud of myself and so is my family. My partner was great at the birth he helped me so much x lorna x
