This is the one of the best video I have ever seen. I now understand the pain and problems when women give birth to a baby and I understand the functionality of the birth of a baby.

pain doesn't have to be a part of childbirth

Yes, this video does give you more of an idea of what women go through, but pain doesn't have to be a part of the process. Social opinion support and view birth as a painful experience with a negative vtake.
Birth can be painless and some women even state they have orgasmic type sensations during childbirth.
