We appreciate a potential review of our product, Loopsie! Here’s our story of why we invented this simple product:
After giving birth to their multiple children, two sisters-in-law were ready to feel like themselves again and put back on their normal size, button-up pants. But alas, those last few pounds around the middle were not quite letting this happen. Not to be defeated, they followed in the footsteps of generations of women before them and began using the handed-down tradition of looping rubber bands through the button holes of their pants. As actress Amy Adams calls it “the famous rubber band trick.” This works fine, but it has some major glitches: rubber bands break making you susceptible to losing your pants; rubber bands have limited flexibility and can be uncomfortable; and, coming in various shades of brownish-yellow and pale red, elastics are just not attractive. The two sisters questioned: Why can’t we invent something that works and looks better? And so began the birth of LOOPSIE.
